Vistry starts year with forward sales dip but is on track for 2022 profit rise

Housebuilder Vistry Group has started the year with forward sales totalling £1bn, down from last year’s £1.3bn, but is on track to report increased profits for 2022 and is expecting to reap the benefits of its £1.25bn merger with Countryside Properties in the year ahead.
