Infosys allots 2.23 lakh equity shares under 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan It further said the issued and subscribed share capital of the company has consequently "increased to Rs 21,29,44,27,185, divided into 4,25,88,85,437 equity shares of Rs 5 each".
